3.5 Upon reasonable request, Members are required to provide supporting documentation to verify their identity and/or the source of funds deposited on the Platform. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions, withdrawal holds, or account closure.

6.5 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any bet, the records maintained by zc88's servers shall be deemed conclusive, subject to the Member's right to escalate the dispute through the formal complaints procedure described in Section 14.

13.4 Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be conducted in English. No class actions or consolidated actions against zc88 are permitted — all disputes must be pursued on an individual basis.
